Follow These Easy Steps to Set Up the HeyMilo Integration With TeamTailor

Get your Teamtailor API key from your Teamtailor account

  • Go to Integrations → API Keys → New API key

Name your API key, select API Scope as Admin, enable both read and write permissions.

  • Copy the API Key generated

Log in to your HeyMilo Admin Dashboard

  • Navigate to Integrations, and select Teamtailor from the list.

Paste your API key into the Teamtailor API Key field and click Connect

Copy the Assessment API Key from HeyMilo and go to Teamtailor’s marketplace.

Search for HeyMilo in the Teamtailor marketplace and paste the assessment API key here.

Map HeyMilo Agents to Your Teamtailor Jobs

To automatically trigger the correct screening agent for a given job:

Go to the Agents tab in your HeyMilo dashboard

Select the agent you want to link, click View Configuration, then scroll to ATS Integration

Choose Teamtailor as the ATS type

Select Job ID as the mapping parameter

Copy and paste the Teamtailor job ID (from the job URL in your Teamtailor dashboard)

  • Click Add, then Save Configuration. 🎉 You’re done!

Set Up a Trigger in Teamtailor

Now that your agent is mapped, you can create a trigger to launch the HeyMilo screening automatically.

In Teamtailor, open the job you want to automate

Go to the Triggers tab

Select the stage where you want to send the screening (e.g., Inbox or Applied)

Click Add Trigger, and in the HeyMilo interview dropdown, select HeyMilo Interview.

Additionally, you can toggle on the Move candidate when complete. Here based on the score, you can move the candidate to the new stage.

Your mapped agent will now run automatically when candidates reach that stage.

Review Candidate Results in Teamtailor

Once a candidate completes the HeyMilo screening, the results are pushed back to their profile:
  • And, if any score was set in the trigger, the candidate will be automatically moved to the mentioned stage.
  • ✅ AI-generated score and summary
  • ✅ Full transcript
  • ✅ Link to recordings
