Agents Supported in Avionté

How does it work? As soon as candidates apply, they get a text from Milo with your questions. They respond directly in the thread, just like a real conversation. Once they finish, Milo sends over the voice or video interview invite automatically.How does it work? Please be advised that the data is not automatically pulled from ATS. You can add resume screening to your agent workflow once the integration is live and your job is connected. Candidates will then be asked to upload their resume to get screened for fit before moving forwardHow does it work? After integration and job posting mapping, when a candidate applies to your Avionté job posting, the candidate’s email address is pulled from the application form and the candidate is engaged through email to take the voice/video assessment. Once the candidate has completed it, the candidate’s detailed assessment report is attached to their profile in the Avionté portal.
💡HeyMilo supports SMS screening across all ATS platforms—as long as a valid phone number (with country code) is provided. Since most ATSs don’t collect phone numbers by default, be sure to make the mobile number a required field in your job post.Alternatively, you can enable both resume and SMS screening on your HeyMilo job, ensuring candidates are screened even if their phone number or resume isn’t accessible via your ATS.

⭐️ Smart Interview Reports

HeyMilo’s advanced AI analyzes each candidate’s responses to generate a detailed interview report. This report is automatically added to the candidate’s Documents section and is also visible on their Activity Page in Avionté. Reports include a score breakdown, candidate summary, and a time-stamped transcript, plus direct links to audio or video recordings (depending on the interview type).

To initiate the integration, please contact your Avionté Account Manager. Once the Avionté team shares the client tenant and tenant ID with us, we will notify you and proceed with activating the integration.

Paste your Client ID and Tenant ID in HeyMilo.

  • Once the integration is successful, Avionté will appear in the Active Integrations section in HeyMilo.

Select a job in Avionté to connect it to a HeyMilo agent.

  • In HeyMilo, open/create an agent for the role, select View Configuration, choose Avionté under ATS, and paste the Job ID from Avionté. Click Add and then Save Configuration.

Once mapped, candidates who apply in Avionté will automatically be engaged and start the screening process you’ve set for that job in HeyMilo. This could be résumé screening, SMS questions, phone interviews, or video interviews — in any combination you choose.

Once candidates complete their screenings, their interview reports will be available in your Avionté portal under both the Documents and Activities tabs.

📥 Import Jobs from Avionté (Auto-Create Agents)

Skip the manual setup. You can import jobs directly from Avionté and HeyMilo will automatically create an agent for each one — ready to start screening as soon as candidates apply. Where to find it: HeyMilo → Integrations → Import from ATS

What this does: Pulls in your active Avionté jobs and auto-creates a matching HeyMilo agent per job, pre-mapped to the Avionté Job ID. No copy-pasting, no one-by-one setup.

Bring In Candidates Who Applied Before You Connected the Job

You connected your Avionté job to HeyMilo—but what about everyone who already applied before that? You don’t have to leave them behind. Where to find it: Open your agent → Integrations → under INBOUND, click Backfill Candidates.
What this does: Backfill pulls in past applicants from the Avionté job you just connected. They’ll show up in your HeyMilo candidate list and go through the same screening flow as new applicants. How to do it:

Go to your agent → Integrations → Backfill Candidates (under INBOUND).

In the Backfill Historical Candidates window, you can choose Include applications up to and pick a date if you only want people who applied by a certain time.

  • Leave it blank to bring in everyone who applied before you connected the job.

Click Confirm Backfill.

  • HeyMilo will bring those candidates in over the next few minutes.
When it’s done, you’ll see how many were added. They’ll appear in your candidate list shortly and you can screen them like anyone else.
