Settings & Admin

This section covers everything behind the scenes: your profile, workspace settings, who has access, data export, compliance, and billing. Click Settings in the main sidebar to expand it, then pick a page. Once you’re in, the settings nav on the left lists everything, including Data export and Compliance, which don’t appear in the main sidebar’s Settings list.

Your account

• Profile — Your name, language, and sign-in methods

Workspace

• Company → General — Company name, logo, brand color, location, and interview backdrops
• Company → Candidate messaging — Interview invite link, sender email, and outreach toggle
• Company → Reports — Defaults for candidate report PDFs
• Access — Invite people, set roles (what they can do), and teams (which postings they see)
• Data export — Workspace-wide exports and export history
