Notifications live in the bell icon in the top bar — not under Settings. Click the bell to open your inbox.

When a notification includes a candidate, you can open it to jump to the candidate from there.

Inbox controls

Control	What it does
All	Show every notification
Needs review	Filter to items that need your attention
Unread	Show only unread notifications
All roles	Filter by role (dropdown on the right)
Mark all as read	Double-checkmark icon in the header
Notification Settings	Gear icon — opens notification preferences
Close	X icon to dismiss the inbox

Notifications are grouped by date (for example, TODAY). Each entry shows the candidate or event, posting name, status badges (such as Candidate registered, Interview started, SMS, Reply waiting), and a relative timestamp.

Notification Settings

Click the gear icon in the notification inbox to open Notification Settings. Snooze: Pause notifications for a duration you choose when you need focused time. Notification types: Turn specific types off to stop them from appearing in your inbox. Types are grouped like this:

Interviews

Interview Started
Interview Completed
Interview Report Available
Candidate Registered

Evaluations

Evaluation Scored
English Proficiency Evaluation
Form Evaluated

Resume

Resume Evaluated
Resume Eligible
Resume Ineligible

Messaging

SMS Received
SMS Sent
SMS Failed

Tip: If the inbox feels noisy, turn off types you do not need first. Use Snooze when you want a temporary pause across everything.
