Open Settings → Billing under Workspace. Billing has three tabs: Status, Create, and Usage.

Current Usage This Month

Subscription Balance

Use Top Up to add more credits.

Manage Subscription

  • Go to Customer Portal — Opens Stripe to manage or cancel your subscription
  • Auto Recharge Settings — Automatically add credits when your balance gets low
  • Upgrade Subscription — Switch to a higher plan
  • Downgrade Subscription — Switch to a lower plan

If you don’t see Go to Customer Portal, reach out to your HeyMilo account manager.

Payment Method

The card or payment method on file. If you haven’t added one yet, you’ll see No payment method on file.

All Invoices

Your past invoices. If you haven’t been billed yet, this section will be empty.

Current Pricebook

At the bottom of the Status tab, Current Pricebook - USD shows what you’re charged for each type of usage (interviews, resume screens, SMS, and so on).

Create

The Create tab is where you pick a subscription plan. Use it when you’re setting up billing for the first time or want to change plans.

Choose a plan that’s right for you. Plan options and pricing appear on this page once billing is set up for your workspace.

Usage

The Usage tab shows how much you’ve spent and how many credits you have left.

Credits

Credits pay for interviews, resume screens, and SMS.

Analytics

A chart of your spending over time.
  • Pick Week (or another range) from the dropdown to change the time period.
  • Use the arrow buttons to move between weeks (for example, Aug 31 – 6).
  • The total at the top shows how much you spent in that period.

By interviewer

Scroll down to see which interviewers used the most credits. Each row shows: The count at the top tells you how many interviewers are listed (for example, 0 agents total).

FAQ

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Status
  2. Under Manage Subscription, click Go to Customer Portal
  3. You’ll land on a Stripe page where you can cancel your subscription
Cancellation is handled in Stripe, not directly in HeyMilo.
