Troubleshooting

A candidate says they can’t access the interview → Check the interviewer deadline. It may have passed → Try the link yourself to verify it works → Check if the interviewer is still active (not archived) Scores seem too high or too low → Review your scoring rubrics. Tips

  • Use filters aggressively: Don’t scroll through candidates. Filter by score, status, and date.
  • Set up templates early: Build email templates and interview templates before you need them.
  • Archive completed roles: Keep your active list clean by archiving roles you’ve filled.
  • Test your own interviews: Click the interview link yourself before sending it to candidates. You’ll catch issues immediately.
