JobDiva

Integrating HeyMilo with JobDiva brings full end-to-end conversational AI recruiting directly to your Hotlists. Once connected, HeyMilo automatically engages candidates, screens them through your customized workflow (SMS/email/voice depending on your agent setup), evaluates their fit, and returns the completed results to your JobDiva candidate profiles.

How does it work?

As soon as candidates apply, they get a text from HeyMilo with your questions. They respond directly in the thread, just like a real conversation. Once they finish, HeyMilo sends over the voice or video interview invite automatically.

Please be advised that the data is not automatically pulled from ATS. You can add resume screening to your agent workflow once the integration is live and your job is connected. Candidates will then be asked to upload their resume to get screened for fit before moving forward.

How does it work?

After integration and job posting mapping, when a candidate applies to your JobDiva job posting, the candidate’s email address is pulled from the application form and the candidate is engaged through email to take the voice/video assessment. Once the candidate has completed it, the candidate’s detailed assessment report is attached to their profile in the JobDiva portal.

💡HeyMilo supports SMS screening across all ATS platforms—as long as a valid phone number (with country code) is provided. Since most ATSs don’t collect phone numbers by default, be sure to make the mobile number a required field in your job post.Alternatively, you can enable both resume and SMS screening on your HeyMilo job, ensuring candidates are screened even if their phone number or resume isn’t accessible via your ATS.

Follow These Easy Steps to Set Up the HeyMilo Integration With JobDiva

Click through the interactive demo, and follow the steps below to learn how to connect HeyMilo in Job Diva:

Step 1 — Have a HeyMilo Agent Ready

Log in to the HeyMilo portal.If you don’t already have an agent for this role:
  • Click Create Interviewer, customize it and return to your dashboard
Whether newly created or existing, your agent must be active and ready before linking it to JobDiva.Your agent is now ready to be connected to JobDiva.

Step 2 — Open Integration Settings

From your agent’s page, click Check Available Integrations.
  • You will see multiple ATS options — select JobDiva.

Step 3 — Enter JobDiva Credentials + Set Polling Interval

To connect HeyMilo to JobDiva, enter:
  • JobDiva Class Name
  • JobDiva Username
  • JobDiva Password
Below these fields, set the Polling Interval, which determines how often HeyMilo checks JobDiva for new candidates.
Recommended Polling Interval: 1 hour. This ensures new candidates are synced reliably without unnecessary load.
Click Save Integration.You’ll see a confirmation once the connection is successful.

Step 4 — Get Your JobDiva Hotlist ID

In JobDiva:
  1. Go to Candidate Hotlist
  2. Select the Hotlist you want to use
  3. Copy the Hotlist ID from the URL

Step 5 — Map Your Hotlist to the HeyMilo Agent

Return to your HeyMilo agent → click View Configuration.Go to ATS Integration and choose:
  • ATS Type: JobDiva
  • Mapping Parameter: Hotlist ID
  • Paste the Hotlist ID
Click Get, then Save.
Your JobDiva Hotlist is now linked to your HeyMilo agent.

How Do I Review Screening Results in JobDiva?

After candidates complete their screening, HeyMilo automatically attaches results to Candidate Notes within JobDiva. You’ll see:
  • The candidate’s name and email
  • HeyMilo’s detailed structured report: score breakdowns, recording links, transcript
  • When the candidate interviewed
