Common issues and where to look for help.

Candidate Issues

Issue	What to check
Candidate didn’t receive invite	Contact Blasts & Email Templates, Sender Domains
Link expired or invalid	Posting Settings tab → Timeline & Completion (deadline, days to complete). See Configuring Your AI Interviewer.
Candidate wants to retake	Settings tab → Interview Retake Policy (default for everyone). To give one candidate a retake: Candidates → open their profile → Allow Retake.

Integrations

Scores & Reports
