Invite a teammate

1

Go to Settings → Team

Open the All Workspace Members tab.
2

Enter an email address

Type the teammate’s work email in the invite field.
3

Select a role

Choose Admin, Recruiter, Viewer, or a custom role from the dropdown.
4

Click Send Invitation

The invited user receives an email to join your workspace. Until they accept, they appear as Pending Invite.

Roles and permissions

You can change someone’s role right from the Team page — pick Admin, Recruiter, Viewer, or a custom role from the dropdown next to their name.
If you don’t see role options on the Team page, contact your HeyMilo CSM or support to get this turned on for your workspace.

All Workspace Members

The member table shows every person in your workspace: Use the search bar to filter teammates. The member count badge (for example, 17 Members) shows your total.

Teams tab

Switch to the Teams tab to group members by department, region, or function.
Teams tab showing team list, create team button, and show unassigned postings toggle
What you can do:
  • Show unassigned postings — Toggle on to keep postings not tied to any team visible to all members. Toggle off to hide unassigned postings from team members.
  • Create a Team — Click + Create Team and name it (for example, Engineering, Americas TA, EMEA Recruiting).
  • View team details — Each team row shows member count and role breakdown (for example, 7 members, 4 Admin, 3 Admins).
  • Edit or remove a Team — Use the pencil icon to rename or update members, or the trash icon to delete. Expand a team row with the chevron to see members.
A teammate can be on more than one team. They’ll see any posting assigned to a team they’re on. When you create an interviewer, it goes into whichever team you have selected. Each interviewer belongs to one team at a time. To move one, open it, click Actions, then Assign to team.
