|---|---|
| Candidate didn’t receive invite | Contact Blasts & Email Templates, Sender Domains |
| Link expired or invalid | Posting Settings tab → Timeline & Completion (deadline, days to complete). See Configuring Your AI Interviewer. |
| Candidate wants to retake | Settings tab → Interview Retake Policy (default for everyone). To give one candidate a retake: Candidates → open their profile → Allow Retake. |
