## Candidate Issues

| Issue                           | What to check                                                                                                                                                                             |

| Link expired or invalid         | Posting **Settings** tab → Timeline & Completion (deadline, days to complete). See [Configuring Your AI Interviewer](/draft-docs/getting-started/log-in/configuring-your-ai-interviewer). |
| Candidate wants to retake       | **Settings** tab → Interview Retake Policy (default for everyone). To give one candidate a retake: **Candidates** → open their profile → **Allow Retake**.                                |
