# General

Open **Settings → Company → General** under **Workspace**.

What candidates see and hear when they interview with you.

## Company details

Visible to candidates, and used by the interviewer when it talks about your company.

| Field            | What it does                                                              |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Company name** | Candidates see this in invites and hear it during the interview.          |
| **Brand color**  | Applied to the candidate report and PDF export.                           |
| **Company logo** | Upload JPG or PNG up to 5MB. Use **Change logo** or **Remove** to update. |

  **Pro tip:** Think of Company settings as your AI recruiter's onboarding packet. The more you tell it about your company, the better it represents you to candidates.

## Company location

Used for location context when the AI engages with candidates.

| Field               | What it does                                       |

| **Company address** | Start typing to autocomplete, or fill in manually. |
| **Street address**  | Street-level address                               |
| **City**            | City                                               |
| **State/Province**  | State or province                                  |
| **Postal code**     | ZIP or postal code                                 |
| **Country**         | Country                                            |

## Interview backdrops

What candidates see behind the interviewer during a web interview.

* Click **Generate new set** to create AI-generated backdrop images.
* Select a **Daytime** or **Night** background for **Desktop** and **Mobile** separately. If you don't pick one, candidates see the default HeyMilo background.
* **Avatars** shows the interviewer characters available for your interviews (for example, Milo and Sarah).
