# Candidate messaging

Open **Settings → Company → Candidate messaging** under **Workspace**.

How candidates reach their interview, and who your emails come from.

## Candidate invite link

The link candidates open to start their interview.

| Field                | What it does                                                                                                                                      |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Interview Domain** | The web address candidates click to start their interview. Pick from your domains, or go to **Manage Domains** to add one.                        |
| **URL Slug**         | The short name at the end of your link (for example, `jessica-company` makes `https://gointerview.co/jessica-company`). Click the pencil to edit. |

  **Default Interview URL** controls the base domain. Use **Manage Domains** to configure or verify custom domains.

## Sender Email

The email address candidate emails come from.

* Interviewers you create from now on will use this address.
* Existing interviewers keep the address they were set up with.
* Select a verified sender from the dropdown, or use **Manage Emails** to configure one.

## Turn Off All Candidate Communications

Disable all automated emails and SMS messages sent to candidates. Use this to pause all outreach.

* Toggle **on** to stop every automated email and SMS from HeyMilo.
* Toggle **off** (default) to resume normal candidate communications.

<Warning>
  When this toggle is on, **no** candidates receive automated outreach from HeyMilo — not just new agents. Check here first if candidates report missing emails or SMS.
