# Question Library

When you’re in the **questions and scoring** step (Voice/Video → Interview Questions), a library panel or popup appears. Add or reuse questions so you don’t have to type everything from scratch.

## Why use it

* **Save time**: Reuse questions you or your team already have.
* **Stay consistent**: Same role types get the same core questions so you can compare candidates fairly.
* **Cover the job**: The **Coverage** tab shows what % of the job your questions cover. Need help filling the gaps? HeyMilo suggests questions for each uncovered requirement — you just **Approve** or **Reject**. No need to start from scratch.

## How to use it

1. **Open it**: In the **Interview Questions** step, the library panel appears.
2. **Add questions**: **Similar Roles** = questions from roles like yours (great place to start). **All Library** = browse or search everything. Add what you need and tweak as you like.
3. **Check Coverage**: Open the **Coverage** tab. You’ll see Coverage % (e.g. 50% = 7/14 requirements covered), a **Recommended** target, and which requirements aren’t covered yet. Need HeyMilo to help? For each gap you get **recommendations** — suggested questions (with eval criteria, Score 1/5, weight). Review and **Approve** or **Reject** to close gaps without writing from scratch.

## Where to find things (tabs)

The library has tabs so you can browse or check how complete your interview is:

| **Similar Roles** | Questions from roles similar to yours. Start here when you’re building a new voice/video interview.                                                                |
| **All Library**   | Every question in your library. Use when you want to pick from everything or search.                                                                               |
| **Coverage**      | Coverage % (e.g. 7/14 requirements), **Recommended** target, and gaps. HeyMilo suggests questions for each gap — approve or reject. No need to start from scratch. |

## Coverage (how it works)

**Coverage %** (e.g. 50% = 7/14 requirements covered), **Recommended** target, and **X requirements not yet covered**. Requirements are grouped by type (Experience, Technical Skills, Logistics, Responsibilities, Soft Skills).

**Need HeyMilo to help with recommendations?** For each uncovered requirement, HeyMilo suggests questions (full text, eval criteria, Score 1/5, weight, follow-ups), sorted by confidence. You **Approve** to add or **Reject** and pick something else. Closing gaps is as simple as reviewing and approving — no need to write from scratch.

## Tips

Start with **Similar Roles**, then tweak. Use **Coverage** and let HeyMilo suggest questions for gaps — approve what works. Keep questions short and clear for voice/video; reuse sets for similar roles so you stay consistent.
